15 Month Stats

It's hard to pick out our favorite Hayden "trick" these days as so many of them are so freaking cute! She's pointing to all of her body parts including her knees, feet, ears and waves her hands up in the air when you ask her where they are. Hayden is also getting her groove on and shaking her little bootie to music - dance parties are becoming one of our favorite activities. Her words are expanding to include "brush" and my personal fav, "melmo (elmo)." One other thing to note is her love for bibs. She insists on wearing them everywhere - around the house, to school, out to the store, and even to bed. I now understand why you see children in Halloween costumes in the middle of the summer.

Sea Island

Last week, we went to Sea Island where we stayed with Hayden's Godparents, the Kents, for a few nights. The beach was yet again very "magical" for Hayden but in a different way from last year. This time around, Hayden actually experienced the beach and all of its treasures from the sandy beach, to the crashing waves, the perfect little tidal pools and of course, all of the beautiful sea shells. Here is just a glimpse of our vacation... thank you Kents for such a wonderful and very memorable trip! Needless to say, HB is a beach baby : )
