My 30th in Colorado

Gare surprised me with a 3 night trip to Colorado. We had a great time chillin around Denver and checking out the local venues; we spent a day in Rocky Mountain National Park; and on my actual birthday, we drove out to Vail where we met up with some friends and rafted down the Colorado River. Overall, it was an awesome trip and a very memorable birthday weekend. Thank you Gary for the great surprise! I love you!

Briarmoor Pool

This summer, we decided to join a pool. As much fun as it sounds to try and fit into a baby pool with HB in the backyard, I decided that maybe a pool where all three of us could fit in would be a better option to consider.

14 Months Old

Hayden is a walking pro these days and is so anxious to run. Unfortunately, her little legs cannot keep up with how fast she wants to go so she ends up falling flat on her belly - it almost looks like she's sliding into home base. HB is also cracking us up with her bursting personality - she points to our eyes, nose, ears, mouth, belly button, feet and toes. Her little snuggles when she thinks you're sleeping and her sloppy open mouthed kisses continue to crack us up. Happy 14 months little angel.

Thrasher Park

This past weekend, Hayden and I went back to Thrasher Park and she had a great time walking around and exploring...

HB's Favorite Toy

Balloons. I spend all this money on toys when all I need to do is buy a $2.99 balloon every three weeks (that's about how long they stay afloat).

Spaghetti

Hayden has already been described as "having a healthy appetite", "liking everything", and a "bottomless pit."

There are seriously times when Gary and I wonder if she is ever going to be full. Some of HB's favs include... spaghetti, bananas, strawberries and blueberries. She goes nuts when she sees a blueberry!

13 Months

Hayden is 13 months old and growing like a weed! HB is officially walking and is all over the place. She is constantly wanting down and is so anxious to explore everything. If only she would stop putting anything and everything in her mouth. Hayden is also learning more words including "biirr (bird)" and "bububu (blueberries)." Some of her other new tricks include pointing out her belly button and blowing us big kisses whenever we ask for a kiss. Her mimicking laughs and unexpected big bear hugs are constantly melting our hearts. Every stage I find myself saying this is my favorite and I guess I will keep saying that until she is a teenager!

Blowing Kisses

One of Hayden's favorite new tricks is blowing kisses. The best is when she does it with the back of her hand and makes the "mmmmmmbaah" when she throws you a kiss! It's priceless!
